Summary: The Gods of myth very rarely give much of a thought to the mortals below them. But when things get hairy for them, they turn to us for convenience's sake. And it it's truly the end for them, they might as well start pumping out heirs.

History: In the futuristic setting of 2095, the Earth is filled with all sorts of strange creatures and aliens. Chief among them are the inexplicable Egyptian Gods who occupy a massive floating pyramid. But turmoil resides there too. Horus has been condemned to lose his immortality after a rebellion gone wrong, yet his fellow Gods have generously allowed him to spend some days on Earth beforehand. Horus decides that the only way to continue is to impregnate a woman to continue his legacy, but he needs to possess someone who isn't altered in any way. Luckily for him, he's found someone, even if that guy isn't particularly fond of being used in such a way.

Final Fate: After an intense journey possessing that guy, Horus saves him and his newfound love (the chick he impregnated) from a horrifying shark-like mutant known as the Dayak by shooting laser beams at it. He leaves with a greater respect for his own creations, and lets the man raise his child with her. Horus' own fate is left ambiguous, though it can be assumed that he got off the hook.

Powers/Abilities: The Gods can phase through walls, shapeshift into the animals they're based off of, possess others, imbue the possessed with their powers, fire laser beams from their eyes, use telekinesis, and are effectively immortal.

Weakness: They can take away each other's immortality.

Scariness Factor: 3-They may have immense power, but the CGI is rather abysmal, especially with how their mouths don't actually move as they speak. But then again, 90% of the cast is computer-generated, so it's probably not a mistake that they're like that. But even with that knowledge, Horus, the most active God, isn't actually all that bad, and while he's a bit on the rapey side of things, he ultimately has the backs of those he comes to know.

Trivia: -This film is loosely based off of a comic book series known as "The Nikapool Trilogy", written by this film's own director, Enki Bilal.
